Melatonin provides sleep support and helps to: increase sleep time for those with altered sleep schedules (eg. shift work); reduce the time to fall asleep for those affected by delayed sleep phase syndrome; and re-set circadian rhythm.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) ...............3 mg

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide

Adults: Take 2 capsules, once per day before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner. Use at or before bedtime.
