Medi-C Plus with Magnesium Ascorbate provides high doses of vitamin C and L-lysine, along with magnesium, to support cardiovascular health and immune function. These nutrients can help reduce the recurrence of cold sores, provide antioxidant support, and maintain bones, teeth, and gums. Suggested Use: 
Dissolve one 6.5 cc scoop (5g) in 250mL of water or juice
