Liver Protection features 250 mg per capsule of milk thistle extract with a potency standardized to 80% silymarin. Silymarin is a well-researched compound recognized to protect liver cells from toxins. Seven additional nutrients exert a synergistic antioxidant action beneficial for the liver. This supports its critical role for bile production and toxin excretion.
Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are breast-feeding; if you have liver or gall bladder diseases and/or intestinal obstruction; if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners; if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; or if you have diabetes. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae family (e.g. daisies). Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal irritation. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or if you have a bile duct obstruction.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
