Recommended Dose
Mix 1 scoop (47.3 g) twice daily well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. If used as a workout supplement, take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
