Klean Creatine™ contains CreaPure® creatine monohydrate to increase muscle mass when combined with resistance training. If you take part in sports that require bursts of intense and repeated physical activity, creatine will also help you improve your body strength, enhance performance and build power by increasing intramuscular energy levels. Animal muscle – such as fresh meat and fish – contains significant amounts of creatine. Dairy products contain only small amounts. Since vegetables, grains, nuts and pulses do not contain creatine, vegetarians are more likely to have suboptimal levels than meat eaters.
Suggested Use:
Adults: In a glass, add 250 ml (1 cup) of liquid (water, juice, etc.) to 1 scoop (5 g) of Klean Creatine™ and mix well immediately before consumption.
Loading Phase:
Option 1: Take 3-4 times daily for 5-7 days or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Option 2: Take once daily for a minimum of 4 weeks or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Maintenance Phase:
Take once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
