Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule per day with food or immediately after meals (to minimize gastrointestinal irritation and prevent too rapid absorption), or as directed by your health care practitioner. For use beyond 6 months, consult a health care practitioner.

Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction.
