Medicinal Ingredients:

L-Tyrosine 500 mg
Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 0.225 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Silicon dioxide in a hypromellose capsule.

Recommended Use or Purpose:

Helps in the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and in the management of some forms of stress (physical, psychological, sleep deprivation, multi-tasking, etc).

Recommended Dose (Adults):

Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with water or as directed by a health-care practitioner. For occasional use only.
