Sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, purified water, beeswax yellow, flax seed oil, evening primrose oil, silicon dioxide, rice protein and mixed tocopherols.

Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
