Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 4 capsules twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, diabetes, acute infection, hypertension, cardiac problems, an autoimmune disorder, a progressive systemic disease (such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection) or if you are taking immunosuppressants, antidepressant medications, blood thinners or digoxin. Use with caution in conjunction with products containing caffeine. Do not use if have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family, such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary sage and thyme. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.

Contra-Indications
For adult use only. Do not use if you pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive or taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, aspirin, codeine, aminobarbital, methadone, oxycodone, anticoagulants, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Known Adverse Reactions
Some people may experience swelling, burning, gastrointestinal upset (diarrhea, cramps, nausea, vomiting), dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, increased heart rate, arrhythmia, tremors, or headaches, in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
