Recommended Dose
Adults take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) per day. May be taken with or without food. Shake well before use.

Storage
Refrigeration not necessary. Store protected from light. Consume within six (6) months after opening.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Contraindicated in individuals with fire from yin deficiency. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of dizziness, vomiting, nausea, nosebleed, dry mouth, and abdominal distention. Do not use if security seal is broken.
