Holy Basil

For more than 5,000 years, Holy Basil (Tulsi) has been one of India's most sacred herbs. Generations have used the revered Holy Basil plant to promote a sense of peace. Holy Basil has traditionally been used for everything from easing indigestion and bloating, to reducing stress and promoting a calm spirit, to alleviating cough and congestion during a cold.

Steeping Instructions:
For An Inspired Cup of Tea: Bring fresh, fi ltered water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora Holy Basil and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove.
