HMF Intensive Powder provide four strains of proprietary human-sourced probiotics that promote optimal intestinal health in children, adolescents, and adults. Although the microflora composition in the gut is relatively steady, it can be altered by diet, stress, age, and medication use.

Recommended Dosage: Adults, Adolescents and Children (3 years and older): In a glass, add water or milk to one scoop of HMF Intensive Powder and mix. Take once daily with a meal, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you have an immune-compromised condition, do not use. If you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
