Helps to protect against deterioration of cartilage, and helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Helps to relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee. A factor in maintaining good cartilage and/or joint health.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take two capsules two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Warning: If you have an allergy to shellfish, including crab and shrimp, do not use this product.

If you are taking any prescription medications; or if you have diabetes, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare practitioner. If you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic, or are having surgery, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have iron deficiency.

Contra-Indications
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have hormone sensitive conditions such as uterine, endometrial, breast, or ovarian cancer as well as endometriosis and uterine fibroids, or liver disorder, do not use. If you have a protein S deficiency, do not use as wild yam may increase the risk of thrombosis.

Known Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
