Recommended Adult Dose:

Take one serrated strip, containing one tablet, one softgel and two capsules, daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. For use beyond one month, consult your healthcare practition
