Recommended Adult Dose:

Take one serrated strip, containing one tablet, one softgel and two capsules, daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications.

Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking cardiac glycosides (such

as digitalis/digoxin), blood pressure medication, blood thinners or protease inhibitors, have diabetes or a history of kidney stones, or are experiencing fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive

upset occur, worsen or persist beyond three days, consult your healthcare practitioner. If hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
