Traditionally used in Herbal Medicines as a diuretic, diaphoretic and an alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes
Suggested Use: Take 3 tablespoons of prepared herbal tea 3 times daily. Dilute with an equal amount of hot water, sip slowly.

Blessed thistle aerial parts* (Cnicus benedictus) (1:1875) … 8 mg
Watercress aerial parts (Nasturtium officinale) (1:1875) … 8 mg
Red clover flower head* (Trifolium pratense) (1:1875) … 8 mg
Rhubarb root* (Rheum palmatum) (1:3000) … 5 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, citric acid, kelp*.

Preferably take 1/2 an hour before breakfast and lunch and on an empty stomach before bed. Detoxification reactions include mild headaches, nausea and fl u like symptoms may occur. In which case, reduce initial dose to one tablespoon daily for the first week and gradually increase to the recommended dosage thereafter.
