Probiotic bacteria have been shown to promote a healthy intestinal environment in humans by restoring balanced numbers of beneficial bacteria. Recommended Dose:

Take one capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
