Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 4 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have bipolar or bipolar spectrum disorder, or in cases of digestive problems such as indigestion, poor appetite, diarrhoea, fullness in abdomen or abdominal pain. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use with other herbs, drugs or supplements, if you are taking blood thinners, digoxin, antidepressant medication, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy, if you have diabetes, kidney disorder or have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependant cancer. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties not recommended. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Some people may experience insomnia, irritability, anxiety, headaches, dizziness, lack of energy and palpitations; in which case, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
