Adults, adolescents, and children 6 and older, take 1 capsule, 3 times daily.

European elder ... 460mg
(Sambucus nigra subsp. Fruit)
European elder ... 115mg
(Sambucus nigra subsp. Flower)

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium silicate.
