Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet 3 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at the first sign of infection.

Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine to help fight off infections, especially of the upper respiratory tract and to help relieve cold symptoms. Helps to relieve the symptoms and shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract infections.
