Gentian lutea is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid digestion stomachic, help prevent nausea anti-emetic, help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia. Used in Herbal medicine to help increase bile flow (cholagogue). Provides
antioxidants that help fight against the oxidative effects of free radicals.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take 2 teaspoon(s) (10 mL), 2 times per day. Take 15-60 minutes before meals. May be mixed into water.

Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation and stomach/duodenal ulcers.
