Suggested Use:

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you have bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, an iron deficiency or Parkinson’s disease, are taking antidepressant medication, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or are following a low protein diet. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness or loss of appetite.
