Recommended Dose
Adults - Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1-3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. To provide antioxidants and relieve joint inflammation, take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times per day. Shake before use.
Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.
