Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is a medicinal plant reputed for it’s use as a spice and herbal remedy in China and India for over 2000 years. In Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric is used for common eye infections, wounds, respiratory ailments, and childbirth. Curcumin, the major bioactive curcuminoid, has poor oral bioavailability owing to its low water solubility, rapid biotransformation via phase II metabolism and systemic elimination. Curcumin H2O SAP delivers water soluble curcuminoids that are readily absorbed with excellent plasma bioavailability and stability.
 

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
