Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule two times daily, one in the morning and one in the evening with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime

Storage
Store sealed in a cool dry area. Use only if safety seal is intact.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have bipolar or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy or birth control pills. Discontinue use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Some people may experience drowsiness.
