Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and microcrystalline cellulose in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Does Not Contain
Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For migraine prophylaxis,use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking blood pressure medication; if you are taking blood thinners.  Nausea is known to occur in which case discontinue use. Migraine prophylaxis: Consult a health-care practitioner if migraine frequency increases, and associated nausea and vomiting persist or worsen.
