Berry-Lemon Flavour A multivitamin and mineral supplement for the maintenance of good health.
Directions of use:
Children 4 years old: Mix scoop once or twice daily in 6 oz. of unsweetened fruit juice. Stir well until dissolved. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Iron (iron bisglycinate) 2 mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 2 mg
Vitamin B (methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
Folate (from calcium l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 400 mcg
Biotin 300 mcg
Copper (copper citrate) 200 mcg
Iodine (from Norwegian kelp [Ascophyllum nodosum]) 70 mcg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 mcg
