Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 2ml, 3 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to cinnamon or its constituents, including cinnamonaldehyde, or members of the Lauraceae family. Do not use if you have liver disease or alcoholism.  Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes.
