Recommended dose (Adults and children 8 years and older): Take 1 capsule daily with unchilled and filtered (chlorine-free) water, preferably before meals to optimize digestions. Each capsule contains: Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth 2 billion CFU Non-medicinal ingredients: Viatmic C, cellulose powder, dehydrated potato powder, organic garbanzo bean (chick-pea) extract, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), and L-leucin. Contains no preservatives or artificial colors and flavors.
Cautions and warnings: Do not give to children under 8 years of age to avoid the possibility of chocking. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond three days.
