Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is a mass of pollen collected by honeybees and made into pellets through their addition of honey and nectar. Bee pollen comes from various plants depending where the bees have collected from, including buckwheat, maize, pine, rape, and typha. It is considered to be highly nutritious as it contains vitamins (especially vitamin B₁₂), minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, enzymes, and essential amino acids.

Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule made of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma or allergies to either honey or bee stings.

Contra-Indications
Do not take if you have allergies to pollen. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take if you have diabetes, a blood disorder or liver disease.
