Avena Sativa

Avena Sativa is an herbal formula with soothing, calming, and relaxing effects. It is used for nervousness and symptoms associated with stress. The calmative and sedative properties help assist the body and mind in handling stressful situations more easily.

The herbs found in Avena Sativa act to calm the central nervous system and regulate circulation by influencing the vasomotor system. It is effective for nervous complaints associated with the autonomic nervous system including both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Suggested Use:
Take 30 drops in water three times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) … 0.003ml 
Pulsatilla (Anemone pulsatilla) … 0.004ml 
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) … 0.006ml
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) … 0.006ml 
Vervain officinale (Verbena officinalis) … 0.003ml

Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, ethanol

Caution/Warnings: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use in individuals with known or suspected sensitivity to the listed ingredients. Do not take this product simultaneously with other medications. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis, if you have a progressive systemic disease, such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS/HIV infection, and/or auto-immune disorders. Do not use if you have an allergy to Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have bile duct obstruction, or iron deficiency anemia. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist.

Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea,vomiting or diarrhoea occurs.
