ATHLETE'S BLEND™ was designed with the most ingredient conscious athlete in mind. Each serving provides 30 grams of organic, non-GMO plant based protein which supplies a complete range of essential amino acids and helps to build and repair body tissues. In combination with the naturally occurring amounts, each scoop delivers over 8 grams of L-Glutamine and a whopping 7 grams of vegan BCAAs to assist in muscle repair following exercise. Last but not least, is an additional family of complementary ingredients that includes Taurine, Zinc, and Beet Root
Add 1 scoop (44.4 g) of IRONVEGAN ATHLETES BLEND into 300 ml of the beverage of your choice. Consume once daily. To assist in muscle cell repair, take immediately following exercise. Ensure you drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
