Suggested Use
Take one capsule three times a day or as directed by a practitioner.

Caution
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection, liver disorder, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case, discontinue use.
