Suggested Use:

(Adult): Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, 1 hour before or after food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions :

Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have had stomach ulcers, if you have or are predisposed to liver disorders, or if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) or medications or natural health products that may affect the liver or have anti-inflammatory effects. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or for use beyond 12 weeks. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of hypersensitivity or allergy, or if you develop liver related symptoms.
