Artemisinin SAP

Commonly known as sweet wormwood, Qinghao, Artemisia annua has been used as a staple ingredient in Chinese traditional medicine due to its numerous therapeutic properties, with descriptions in texts from 168BC. Artemisinin, the primary component of Artemisia annua, has been widely used as an anti-malarial drug. The Artemisia annua plant apart from artemisinin, contains other bioactives such as sesquiterpene lactones, which could have antihelminthic properties.
 

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your health‑care practitioner. Consult a health‑care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only.

Sweet wormwood extract (Artemisia annua herb top) 10% Artemisinin ... 500mg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known Adverse Reactions
May cause gastric upset, dizziness, or headache, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
