Recommended Dose
Adults: Take one scoop (9 g) daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Mix well in 230 ml of water or juice immediately before consumption.

Cautions and Warnings
Warning: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or following a low protein diet, if you are taking antidepressant drugs such as MAOIs or SSRIs or other anti-psychotic medications, or if you have liver or kidney disease.
Do not use if you are taking Levodopa, a medication used to treat Parkinson’s disease, or if you have phenylketonuria or tardive dyskinesia.
