Take 1 tablet daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food/meal to minimize gastric distrubances. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Known Adverse Reactions: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Taking a daily prenatal multivitamin mineral supplement along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to the high intake of iron. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in such a case, discontinue use. Diuretic effect may occur. Some people may experience drowsiness.
