Ahiflower SAP

The numerous health benefits of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) have been extensively researched and established through clinical studies. PUFAs, especially EPA and DHA have beneficial effects for optimal cardiovascular, reproductive, and cognitive health due to their anti-inflammatory properties. Ahiflower® SAP provides a natural, non-GMO, vegan friendly, and sustainable source of PUFAs. Preclinical and clinical studies conducted with Ahiflower® demonstrated the ability of Ahiflower® to increase EPA and DHA accumulation in the tissues. Ahiflower® SAP is unique as it provides high amounts of stearidonic acid (SDA), which is a precursor of EPA and DHA, without the need for ALA and enzymes required to convert ALA to EPA. Also, Ahiflower® SAP is a rich source of linolenic acid (GLA), known for the attenuation of inflammation.

Suggested Use:
Adult: Take 1-2 ml once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ahiflower® (Buglossoides arvensis) oil
providing:
Alpha-Linolenic acid (42.0%) ... 390 mg
Stearidonic acid (17.0%) ... 158 mg
Gamma-Linolenic acid (4.5%) ... 42 mg

Other Ingredients: Rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate.
