Advanced Iron helps to prevent iron deficiency and anemia. Helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. This formula includes vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and B vitamins to enhance the absorption and assimilation of iron. Active, methylated forms of vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate), B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), B12 (methylcobalamin) and folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) are included in this formula.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
