Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Storage
Store sealed in a cool dry area. Use only if safety seal is intact.

Warning
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners or digoxin; if you have any type of acute infection, diabetes or liver disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.

Known Adverse Reactions
Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
