Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, glycerin.

Recommended Dose Adults:

Adults: For mood balance: Take 1 tablet three times daily with food. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 50 - 100 mg, 2 - 3 times per day and slowly increase to effective dose over 2 week period. As a sleep aid: Take 1 - 2 tablets 30 - 45 minutes before bedtime. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond one year. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John’s wort, Hawaiian baby woodrose, an- tidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextrometho- rphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain or drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if you have scleroderma.

Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
